HOW MY SERVICE WORKS
- All garments are to be washed and fully dried prior to collection. (No personal items of underwear are accepted.)
- Please place your items into Bags/Baskets/Boxes and provide your own hangers. If you would like your items folded there is a small charge for this. (Please see the price list below). For best results please fold your items into your bags/ baskets.
- I collect and return your ironing for free if you live within a 5-mile radius of Chineham, Basingstoke. (I can collect and return ironing if you are outside the service area for a small fee, please contact me for the cost)
- I will provide you with a collection day and time once you contact me.
- When your ironing is completed I will message you confirming the price for your ironing and your return time. Normally your ironing is returned 24 hours later.
- If your clothing is damaged, stained or missing buttons I will take a photo and send this through to you as well.
- On completion of your ironing service,payment will be required on return of your items. I accept CASH or BACS transfers.
